Our Mission

  • Promote an environment focused on increasing expenditures to minority-owned and women-owned businesses by the City of Lynchburg
  • Assist in the procurement of State, Federal, and non-governmental opportunities to further the city’s economic development and vitality.
  • Partner with minority firms to increase their growth potential by identifying or developing capital sources, identify obstacles that prevent access to markets, and
  • Provide exposure to social networking opportunities

The MBCL is an association of minority owned businesses operating in Lynchburg, VA and the surrounding counties.

What we do

Partner with small business owners for the purpose of networking, market information, provide resources that will enable business owners to identify  opportunities within the city, region, state, and country.
